I know those post is 2 years old...but is any portion of that actuator serviceable or is it a completely sealed unit.?

We run a fleet of 3 750s and 14 360s some coming up to 20 years old and the actuator is a weekpoint on the bike aswell as the fuel pump and stators on the 750s which are all 7 years old a really solid bike otherwise

Mine makes this noise and only once. But over weekend it stopped starting (just a click) not battety or solenoid couldnt figure out. Guy riding with mech knowledge tapped this actuator with a small hammar and poof started right up? How could a belt actuator prevent the engine from even trying to start. Literally nothing but the click from under the seat. No fire, spark or turnover without a bang on this thing

Even though you had this issue with the quad, I wouldn't let it discourage you, as these quads are quite solid..... I don't recall ever having any issues with mine mechanically..... I have heard of people putting a lot of miles on these machines, and never replacing the belt.... Yeah, sometimes we get lemon parts.....

Thanks. I had the vforce when it first came out and it was a great quad. The issue was fixed and hopefully I will get to enjoy it. Thanks for the feedback.

Could be in the electronics, not mechanically, I would check with your dealer, or with a Kawasaki dealer... could be a sensor issue, not a mechanical one....

My Brute Force would do one cycle when I turned it off. Now that it came back from the serive shop its doing 2 cycles when turnt off. What can be?

Do y’all think this would cause a top speed issue, I have an 11 650 that tops out at 28mph, but runs great no fuel issues, but just no power like a 650 should have?

@@Joe-mp4nw I did, ended up being a fuel issue in the end, the diaphragms in the carb were stuck so the throttle slides were not moving. Now does 70 mph no problem and has loads of power

Mine is doing the same thing as yours lol 😂 it’s weird because somtime the nosie goes on and on but it ends up stopping & 4x4 flashes Did you ever find/fix the issue????

Yeah. Once I put the video on KZread the dealer suddenly was able to diagnose the issue and swapped out the articulator. Now it works fine. I think this issue happens when you shift without being stopped. Like rolling down a hill in neutral and the putting it into drive while you are rolling.

@@YourHuntingBuddy are you talking about the 4x4 actuator? I’m having the same problem. Battery drains, flips in and out of 2wd and 4wd.

Mine did same shit, turns out that the little cover that surrounds the actuator has a magnet and magnet was broken

It’s an expensive part too.

Just swap it out with Angelo's after he has a few too many Rollin Rocks.....The problem is now Angelo's...….

I’ve been hearing that issue is common and a weak spot on the quad. I think mine broke when I shifted from neutral to drive while going down hill. The manual states that the quad should be shifted from a stop position.

Did you find out What was the problem ?

@@michaelsoler332 do you have a link for that? So it eliminates the engine breaking? I have to take it to the dealer again because my primary clutch is making a knocking noise too. I had a Vforce and loved it. This thing is giving me to many issues.
