I’ve used it with lebne when I didn’t have kashk, and its good but I wouldn’t recommend it with Greek yogurt since it will get too watery.

is kashk yoghurt? or almond paste?

It is a curd made from sheep's milk and results as a byproduct from traditional butter or yogurt making. In modern day Iran, kashk is a thick, whitish liquid with a consistency similar to whey. If you can’t find it you could use half plain yogurt and half asian miso mixed together.

kasha is a flavor thats added to your dish. You can buy it at the local market. It is basically yogurt with salt. Adds flavor to that dish.

Tank you. I enjoyed looking at the recipe a lot. But the music almost made me want to stop the video. If it were not for the music that jars one’s nervous system, i would have said excellent.
