they are the same race. that of monster or more accurately magic beings. birth and stuff works differently for them so there is no racial boundary. i mean it works with benimaru who impregnated 2 people in one night with 100% certainty. both different races from him and each other. as it was his requirement for evolution. to leave behind a descendent as the last prince of his village. after the deed. he evolved the next day.

@@shinronvaynex5900 you are right since Alvis and Momoji did get pregnant by benimaru but this proves he could impregnate different species not that they are different species. Different species exist or else why are there seperate names for Goblins, Orcs, ogres, slimes, dragonwets, etc. In Tensura it is mentioned monsters are born not by the genetic information but from the collison of souls. It is also the reason most monsters get weak after birth.

@@CrimsonVert it purely depends on how you look at it. You can call it a different race, variant or a different being all together. Race names signify a standard. Like naming a wolf race, changes their whole standard. Also some goblins evolved into ogres. So are they the same race? Or different? How I see it, they are all the same in essence which brands out. Even though they have a significantly different appearance. They have the same insides. Like Caucasian, asian, ect but more exaggerated. Same species but different race.

One of the main things that always triggers me in anime, you can even call it a red flag, is when everyone around the MC is confessing and getting into romantic relationships EXCEPT the MC, It's extraordinarily rare for me to care about other romance if it's not between the MC and female lead(s) 😂
