Karate Concepts: How to Create Drills

So this week we wanted to give an introduction on how to create your own drills. We noticed that our actual drills seem too abstract or was hard to implement without a good understanding of your body or good coordination. Therefore, taking drills you already know and adding variations to them would be the easiest stepping stone for creating your own drills and making them more alive.
We are a group on a mission to return Karate to its roots through the use of Kata as self-defense.

glad to hear, too many people accept thing at face value in traditional arts, so getting people to question things is always good!

Man, those are very good tips and exercises but you guys should be careful not to look like you are frustrated with what the other is talking and demonstrating..we know that it's basics but very important..you should look focused all the time since that you are passing important karate-do to the ones that are watching. Ossu!
