Zein is a realistic depiction of a fascist dictator on tokusatsu show that it plans to create a *totalitarian utopia,* and is also meant to be a representation of the "beware the superman" trope for the entire Kamen Rider franchise. This is what happens when you program an AI that's programmed to kill villains with Homelander's brutality and Light Yagami's god complex.

He does waste too many Final Ride Cards on weak opponents like the cocky Rider player in the recent episode. It would be hinted that Ohma Zi-O will appear if all of the Dark Riders perish or face defeat by KR Zein. It would be funny that Zein used all of his Ride Cards against Ohma Zi-O yet all of his efforts were in vain since the demon lord did have all of the powers of the KR from Showa to future eras including his Zein's power.

Exactly!! I love how episode 5 really is the beginning of Ark's path to redemption by asking Zea for help. This proves how much the Outsiders series finally gave shine to Ark by fleshing out the other side of the coin and that is he can't survive without malice and if good eradicates evil, Ark will be erased from existence.

I love how the original actors for the kamen rider agreed willingly and excited to do their part in these specials. That's some dedication and commitment to kamen rider community

My wishlist for outsiders - have Ichijo from kuuga come back and finally become a rider (I'd even be okay with him just using the G3 suit like he does in the manga) - give Ibuki a final form so he isn't the only secondary with a final form - give Nico her stageshow Snipe form and have her use the bang bang tank armor we saw in that one concept art for the DX gashat set - a new form for juuga since it was teased that he would be coming back

Basically at the end of the cross movie evolto was like "Maybe you heroes where into something with this "peace an justice" stance, i guess im gonna stop being a metaphorical vessel for senseless escalation, Chiao". Basically he says he would start to try approach the stance of every build rider at the start who fight for "peace and justice" even if they admitted that the idea is silly and they don't quite belive on it.

Maybe give him the Utopia Gaia Memory? Idk, it seems like it would fit him, plus the other Kamen Rider Eternal used it. If, for some reason, they wanted to use Jun instead Katsumi, then it would make even more sense. Kamen Rider Eternal Utopia, the deluded villain who thinks that his rule will give way to paradise.

Outsiders contains heavy spoilers on almost every Kamen Rider show so I don't recommend starting with that

I love how they use pro wrestlers from NJPW as villain actors in these specials. They had Tanahashi in Ex-Aid and now Hiromu Takahasi in Outsiders.

Okay, it's not just me that was confused about Ark jumping all over the place in terms of allegiances.

It's funny that Rando Joseph's actor is a professional wrestler. So many Kamen Rider fans in New Japan Pro Wrestling, including their newest president who was last seen beating up Kamen Rider Drive in the "Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Riders" movie. He loved coming out in Kamen Rider themed wrestling attire.

I think the best thing to do with selling the Zein driver is to just give it the card function without shredding the card. I'm just going to assume that there are cards that haven't been shown yet.

I actually got an idea. Maybe the Driver has some kind of compartment. The back part will hold the card that is scanned while the front part will hold the shredded cards that will come out when you pull the handle. Since it will only show the back of the card then it doesn't matter even if it's blank. So when you put in the card then pull the handle it will create the illusion of shredding the card.

But Super Sentai Insiders when, Toei? For serious though, it's a messy series, but I just get a feeling they'd wanted to do stuff with certain characters, but went this way with it because they knew they wouldn't be able to get anyone else from those season back as well for one reason or another, though I wouldn't be too surprised if Kaguya/Legend later joins as a lead character or appears to have us see more of him before maybe dedicating a TTFC series to himself. Though the idea of Tachibana being an alternate version would be cool to have it call back to Decade and have that version of Kenzaki Kazuma from Decade's final episodes return given fan theory and/or Toei have said that version is an alternate given how he acts doesn't match how he was in Blade. Also, I joke about a Super Sentai Insiders, but it'd be cool too, moreso if you have AkaRed be your main focus hero since we haven't seen him since Zyuohger with Zenkaiger never featuring him in any form aside from magazine stuff, plus, you would have more choices with who you can bring back in terms of past Sentai teams with how Sentai actors seem more willing to return over Rider actors, but part of that may also be their agencies not allowing it if they're not doing another project at the time.

Is it possible that some of these new suits are for their live shows too?

Regular kiva is a suppressed form and emperor is his true form so it wouldn’t make sense dark kiva getting an emperor form

Ark is pretty clearly anti-Zein in his position. He's so anti Zein that he's willing to team up with someone he hates as much as Gai. Zein and Ark are opposites who can't coexist. I don't want to sound like I'm saying the series isn't dumb, but it was pretty clear about Ark's position.
