I think the idea there would be that he's not faster, but A-Train definitely would have had to adjust himself, brace a bit then move toward the deep. I would assume in that situation he's aware of how fast A-Train was, and dodged pre-emptively, because he didn't dodge a single other hit when he wasn't against a wall.

the irony here is that seeing Noir flying is a reference to the noir in the comic books. Yeah I know it might have been considered a lazy plot twist by many readers. But it helped to understand why he also survived so many deadly scenarios like when he was dropped while the 7 attempted to save a plane.

@@GingeryGinger it's lazy in the sense that it completely undermines Homelander's character. It's a COOL twist but completely unnecessary. I feel the same about the final twist of Squid Game. Set up really well.but it undermined the most emotional moment in the show

They can’t find him. Or his family. I’ve noticed since season 3 The Seven aren’t allowed to operate outside the US anymore. So once they’re outside US borders at least until they storm the White House, A-Train is safe for a bit.
