این چیزی نست که همه فرقش رو حس کنند فقط باید شیرازی باشی که فرقش رو بفهمی مثل آش کارده که هر چی در بارش بگی اگه بچه شیراز نباشی کسی مزهش رو تو ذهنش حس کنه 💓💓💓💓💓

یعینی این غذا اصیل ایرانی هست مخصوصا توی ظرف سفالی و اجاق هیز می یعنی شاهکار بود قدیمها یادش بخیر ممنون 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️💕

I like the concept, and surely the finished product looks delicious. I however have a couple questions; You fried lots of onion, how/when did you use it? There was no sign of Tahdig in the finished product! Did it burn?

Thanks for your lovely comment and asking these questions, I mixed the fried onions and Kohlrabi together. you should be able to see it in the finished product. Also thank god, Tahdig did not burnet. I just didn't show that! I do appreciated your support

Beautiful video👍 Some clarifications please: 1. Is the ‘oil’ ghee? 2. Were the cooked onions mixed with the cooked kohlrabi? 3. What was the ‘yogurt drink’ (with oil) that was added at the end, on top of the rice? Thank you 🙏

Good question! First; thank you very much for your support. I have an electric samaver in my house for everyday use. And, there is no comparison between; electric, and charcoal samaver. Times, and times better.
