Really ironic that this was their last performance together and it somehow perfectly matches how they broke up. Valeriy handing Vasilisa a piece of paper that caused them to part ways, just like on the ice. I only discovered them recently. And I’ve never been into figure skating before - I’m a competitive swimmer so I know nothing about it lol. I must say Their performances were always so beautiful, and they always look so comfortable with each other. It’s sad to see that sort of connection end. But I wish them both the very best.

It's funny you say that. As a former figure skater myself, ballroom dance lessons are a very common coaching practice with ice dancers and figure skaters in general. My coach even had me doing ballet at one point, though I've gotta say I enjoyed ballroom dance more 😂

I know that ballroom dancing is included in their training. They also do ballet. I'm just saying that if they stopped skating, they'd be one of the highest rated couples in competition dancing. Not everyone is equally talented, they would also be at the forefront of the world in another genre. @@victorlam3049

This was amazing. A once in a lifetime couple, so sad they parted ways. And sad how this performance is the last one we saw, when they're parting ways on ice, because usually they're all hugs and kisses. Really heartbreaking. I wish them both the best and I will cherish their performances always
