Carrots / Gajar - 4 (Grated)
Custard Powder Vanilla flavor - 2 Tbsp
Green Chili / hari mirch - ½ Tsp
Salt / namak - To Taste
Coriander / fresh dhaniya - 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Plain Flour / Maida - 2 Tbsp
Potatoes / aloo - 2 (Boiled n Mashed)
Grated Nutmeg / jaiphal - One Pinch
Custard powder - Coating ke liye
Bread Crumbs - ½ cup coating ke liye
Oil - For Frying
