Today i made it perfectly 2 times i failed Actually rice floor is better to mix then corn floor or bread & always mix & keep half an hour that will make more crispy I added black pepper Black salt white salt Podina dhaniya chilli falks green chillies chat masala & litte ginger crushed And verry fried just 2 spoon oil... Thank you...

Thank you thank you thank you soooo much for this recipe!!! Replacing bread crumbs with rice flour is brilliant idea.. And makes sense because rice soaks the moisture. I tried with ragda and even inside ragda it retained good level crunch. The only challenge is to do it at low hit.. Needs lots of patience, especially on the electric hot plate. I started at 6 (max is 10). But then increased to 7 and it still worked fantastic!!!
