Today we will make Easy & Quick Carrot Snacks/Cutlet.
Ingredients:
Carrot/Gajar - 3-4
Besan - 50 gm
Rice Flour - 40 gm
Onion(Chopped)
Green Chilli(Chopped)
Corainder Leaves(Chopped)
Salt - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil for Frying
