इस वीडियो में कब्ज को ख़त्म करने के लिए सरल योग आसन और प्राणायाम अच्छे से करना सिखाया गया है। नियमित रूप से अगर योग किया जाए तो कब्ज से छुटकारा जरुर मिलेगा।
कब्ज क्या होता है, इसके होने के क्या कारण हैं , कौन से योगासन करने चाहिए और घरेलू उपाय जो कब्ज में राहत देंगे उनके बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया है।
कब्ज होने के कारण कुछ इस प्रकार हैं :
1. आपके खाने में फाइबर यानि की रेशे दार खाना कम है जिसकी वजह से बड़ी आंतो से खाने को पास होने में अधिक समय लगता है और आते एक्स्ट्रा पानी खींच के उसको एकदम कड़ा और सूखा कर देती हैं
2. आप पानी कम पीते है जिसके कारण पहले से ही आपका खाना सूखा हुआ है
3. आप पूरे दिन किसी भी तरीके की exercise नहीं करते जिसके कारण पेरिस्टॉसिस ठीक से नहीं हो पाता
4. आपको Diabetes , Hypothyroidism , Hypercalcalcemia , Celiac Disease , Parkinsons Disease या Gluten Senstivity की समस्या है
कब्ज़ की समस्या लम्बे समय तक रहने से Hemorrhoids / piles , Anal Fissure , IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrom और Fecal Impaction जैसी गंभीर समस्याएं भी उत्पन्न होती हैं

I’m already in a stage that i have to take tablets like triphala regularly to prevent this problem. I do find hard to follow yogasans but I definitely like the ideas of drinks and fruits you have given here. I wish you are my personal yoga guru, you seem very dedicated to your teaching knowledge.

Hey do these really benefit? Due to irregular lifestyle and unhealthy eating i got constipation and now suffering from anal fissure, i feel pain , itching and something small cut on my rectum... And i get little hard stools.. What should I do ? Maybe I should consult doctor? And start practicing yog+ walkin and healthy food .

Madam, I am happy and thank you for explaining very nicely the Asanas and water intake at bed time and in the morning. I am 85 years old. I will try to perform five Asans mentioned by you. May be with little difficulty. Since I am hard of hearing I could not get the names of items you have suggested to add to the water, particularly to be taken before going to bed and another one to be taken in the morning. I cannot have Coconut water every day. Any other method to make the water alkaline. Please suggest.

Sister,You have explained in a very nice way the yogasans for constipation.I have started doing these.I have one query if person is having back related problem,can he do these 5 yogasanas? or would you like to give some precautions to be followed by these persons.

It's an excellent video, my mom has had bilateral knee replacement. So none of these asanas she can perform, can u tell us some alternative.
