Easy ya weight loss panalam sis. Don't dippression. First namala ethuvum mudium nu confident a irunga. Apram 1. Walking 2.evlo oil kammi panna mudiumo avlo kurachidunga, avoid carbs food, bakery items, main -a white sugar avoid pannidunga. Protein food athihama eduthukonga 3.nama sapdra ella food -um nalla mendru sapidinga. Try panni parunga sis. Its my own experience.
