INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
3 Mid Size Onion 3 Green Chillies
2 Inches Ginger
7 - 8 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Melon Seed
20 Cashews
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
Water as Needed
200 - 250 gms METHI (soak in 1 Tbsp Salt)
300 Gms Paneer
1 tsp White / Black Pepper Powder
Desi Ghee As Needed
1.5 tsp Salt (for White Gravy)
3/4 Cup Curd
1 tsp Jeera
1 Pinch Hing
1/2 tsp Salt (FOR Roasting Methi and Paneer)
1 Tbsp Sugar (FOR Roasting Methi and Paneer)
2 Tbsp Malai
WHOLE SPICES:
1 tsp Black PepperCorns
4 Green Cardamom
5 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
1 Black Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
Garnish With Green Chilli and Ginger Julienne.
