That's how it should be, I make it in a similar way and 'meri chai kadwi nahi hoti' ;) Chai to me is simple and it's better left that way. No need for a 'recipe' :)

this has to be unbelievable- I have been trying for 20+ years to make the tea that our Bombay road tea stall have… 🙀 but not once did I achieve the taste. The flavours of ginger cloves pepper makes the tea taste like curry😬 so I don’t add in anything. And I made this today and this turned out to be UNBELIEVABLE!!! Finally, the tea should be rigorously mixed using two glasses by pouring from height to create froth. Use steel tumblers to prevent spill. Do it three to four times not more. The froth formed enhances flavor release and the tea tastes better. Good recipe to make this type of tea. Thank you for sharing this tip.

Hi Bharat. Sahi mei chai bohot achhi bani. I enjoyed your scientific reasons for each step. This video actually helped me correct many mistakes I was doing while preparing tea. Like putting masala when water is still not boiling. Adding sugar in the end or in start. etc etc. Thank you:-)
