Dear Bharat, being one of my favourite, I have been eating methi for a long time. I enjoyed making it as per your recipe. The taste because of mustard oil and desi tomatoes 🍅 made lots of delicious difference. My wife Swati also enjoyed the dish. Thanks for your excellent recipe.

I love the bitterness of methi. Actually I don't find them bitter at all. It has fantastic flavour. But problem is that nowadays we don't get bitter methi leaves. It's tasteless,bland. That's why I stopped liking the aloo methi subzi. How do I get the bitter taste of methi? My other favourite subzi is karela. Thank god At least they are bitter.
