Thank you so much for this easy way to put the tape. I suffered a stroke in the spinal cord two months ago and my arms were affected 😢 I can't lift them. I overuse my shoulders and the tapes help me a lot.

Unfortunately, no. This is used to prevent further subluxation combined with strengthening exercises

Tape doesn’t stick well to itself. I would avoid overlapping anchors.
