I think US Civic and CR-V share a rack which may be why it was left out of the instructions - all Hardrace rack ends and steering bushes listed for RD1 don't fit my CR-V for the same reason as above. My guess is they share R&D with Truhart or something like that and as a result their parts are US spec. I am certain we have different rack mount bushes at the very least.

Ran into same problem, doing same build . haven't got to rear disc. I'm interested to know what header you're going to run and the shorting of the drive line. Love ur show will totally buy stickers and a shirt if you have 3xl. Big thanks from Oregon. Also just finished a 3in lift on my other rd1.

Thanks mate! Will get some merch going. Apprentice the support. Im going to be making use of stock headers and custom full exhaust. Starting on that shortly. The rd1 b20 prop shaft will need to be shortened by 3/4 " but i also have a rd5 prop shaft so i will experiment with that and see if it works as it seems to be about the right length. Its mounting location to the chassis will be in a different location to the rd1 shaft though so iether way things will need to be slightly custom.

I'd be down for merch. Also quick question, did you end up using dc2r sway bar? I should have just went all teggy frame, rack, and sway bar but the teggy sway bar won't line up on eg subframe, and you said eg won't either. Idk if you've corrected this problem or not but some insight would be helpful. Thank you!

Still no sway bar solution yet, its kinda low on the priority for me at the moment. But from what i understand itr should work

Just got my swap bar all sorted out. Use your rd1 sway bar, I used some 1.5 inch square stock and cut it down to 3.6 inch and drilled hole patter from sway bar bracket , holes need to be off center to clear sub Frame edge break , use a long 12mm( I cut down ac bolts, worked perfectly) the square stock is big enough to thread on a 12mm nut. Then a short 12mm bolt and nut. 1.5 spacer bracket for k-swap. There is angle grinding on square to fit perfectly (a arm clearance). Took pictures . Hope this hepls
