Lol I thought they would run away, they really don't mind and enjoy it. Lol they are so damn adorable hanging on the cage.

It’s a very soft spray, more of a mister but some adore it

That was a great idea though, cooling them down with a misty spray bottle. It was funny as well watching them all react with it in their own little funny way.

Oooo I do the water spray with my girls, but for some reason hadn't thought about frozen veg bowls, will have to find room in my freezer! I love how your black girl looks like you've covered her in glitter... Proper diva rat 😁😂 And of course.... Bercow 💜💜💜

Twizzel loved it, she kept following the spray when I was doing it and licking the water. Bercow wasn’t convinced

@@IsamuRatCare bless her! Sapphire likes to run away...then bounce back again like a game! Yeah, I noticed Bercow wasn't exactly impressed 😂 he seemed to enjoy the iced veg though!
Could I ask how hot it got in your rat room during this years heatwave in the UK? And did your rats manage it OK with all of your cooling methods? Thank you 😊

It got up to about 28 this year in there. They were all fine but I didn’t have any real oldies at the time. It was cooler than the heat I filmed these videos though which was appreciated lol

@@IsamuRatCare thank you that's good to know. I am planning on moving my rats from inside a house into their own room so while they will get so much more space, similar to the garage you keep yours in it does get quite a lot colder/hotter than the rest of the house, so I will definitely be implementing some of your tips during the warmer months!
