Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Mixing.
2 eggs.
50 g of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
Stir with a wooden spoon.
Add another 200 g of flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud.
Roll into one large ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Divide each part into 6 equal parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Roll into tubes.
Fasten the edges.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Repeat the process with each piece of dough.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Yolk add 2 teaspoons of milk.
smear the surface with yolk.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 30-35 minutes.
It came out very nice and tasty.

Thank you so very much for sharing this recipe, because of ALL the dough re it's I adapted to the very fluffy Southeast Asian sweet buns, and over the years I've tried many with varying degrees of success, this recipe is THE BEST for me, whether baking or steaming!! It is consistent, forgiving, and even my 8 year old granddaughter can do it on her own. In fact, my daughter-in-law makes Crispy "scones" which are easy to shape uniformly. You are a fine baker-teachet, and I am grateful for it.😊

Благодарю! Выглядит замечательно! Однако возникает ряд вопросов. Молоко, сахар, дрожжи... Назначение дрожжей - взаимодействие с мукой, точнее с крахмалом содержащимся в муке в результате выделяется углекислый газ - разрыхляющий тесто. Яйцо затрудняет контакт дрожжей с мукой, как и молоко... Затем следует разрыхлитель и уксус - в сумме газообразователь. На мой взгляд безсмыслица какая-то! Дрожжи перерабатывают сахар, однако его избыток их "усыпляет", потому столь важны пропорции. Мука так-же источник сахара... Если вводят разрыхлитель зачем дрожжи?

На полкило 10г дрожжей, ещё вдобавок разрыхлитель. Ужас. Тесто красивое, но невкусное.
