Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
450 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
250 ml of warm Coca-Cola.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Knead the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Roll out the dough and roll it into a tube.
Repeat after me and you will be successful.
Roll out the dough again.
To make them longer.
Leave for 20 minutes.
First, connect two of them together.
Then put them all together.
Now repeat after me.
Move one first, then the other.
And we always have the center, right side and left side.
Pin the ends.
We wait 30-40 minutes in a warm place.
1 egg.
Mix well.
Brush with egg well.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 190 ° C / 370 ° F.

I think we can omit the tablespoon of sugar since the coke has A LOT of sugar? It looks beautiful and am guessing it's a delicious sweet bread! Nicely done!

coke in the USA doesnt have real sugar in it. its cornstarch? or cornsyrup? or something like that. So it really depends in if the coke youre using does have sugar in it.
