Делаю тесто по этому рецепту 2 раз. Делаю пирожки с вишней и абрикосами.Масло положила 100 грамм плюс 2 ложки растительного масла и сахара 6 ложек. (Первый раз положила 4 как в рецепте, показалось мало) Сегодня из этого же теста сделала пирожки с яйцом и луком жаренные. Тесто просто супер! Всем советую. Спасибо автору за рецепт. И да, уксус 6%.

Wow, thet are absolutely beautiful.I havent mad rolls like that since my kids were teenagers, I've always loved bread, & we always had bread with dinner, now that I'm 76 I always look forshort cuts, lol just last week I made biscuits with self rising flour & greek yogurt to my surprise they were ok, it was late night so I promise myself that I would only eat onebut I ate one with cheddar cheese & another with apple jelly. Наталья, однажды в дрожжевое тесто по ошибке добавила разрыхлитель вместо ванильного сахара, упаковка похожа, тесто получилось очень хорошее, и выпечка была пышная

Технологи хлебопекарного производства советовали в тесто добавлять, чтобы тесто мелкопузырное было. Вместо разрыхлителя сода пищевая годится, её надо столовым уксусом погасить

La verdad es muy simple.muy bien explicado su ejecución. Lo voy a hacer ni pueda y luego les cuento. Yo soy de ARGENTINA y vivo en el barrio de Villa Urquiza de la Ciudad .Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

I've been making bread since I was 18, 60 now. Had a lot of 'fails' over the years, but just keep trying! The joy that comes from watching others slobber over your bread is priceless! The joy that comes from yourself and others laughing at your failed attempts is also priceless! Great memories to cherish! Best wishes!

East Wenatchee, Washington ( middle of the state) USA. I had a German grandmother who baked almost every day. She used water that she saved from boiling potatoes from the night before. She made cinnamon rolls, or twists… her house always smelled so good!😁

Y también tengo claro que no tapaban la masa con papel de plástico de un solo uso, ellas eran más respetuosas con el medio ambiente de lo que lo son hoy sus nietas que parece que no ninguna es capaz de hacer una masa sin el papel de plástico

От такого калорийного хлеба в дверь не влезешь, сейчас люди питаются правильно, лёгкой пищей, и хлеб не едят.
