Cinemassacre jp2 and jp3 are good. Even if they aren't best than jp1. But jp2 is the best sequel. And I both love them. Also the spinosaurus is bigger than the trex so why are you Shocked? And both movies have great moments even if jp2 is the best sequel.

yeah, that made it in something funny. it had almost a feel of a Skit. my opinion : 3 JP3 2 Lost world 1 Original JP

The reason why The Lost World is a better movie is because, even with its flaws, it is still directed by one of the greatest directors of all time. Spielberg can create thrilling and awe inspiring scenes like no one else. The Trailer scene is so well paced and shot, that even though you don’t care that much about the people, it is still super tense.

I love James finds a lot of movies “forgettable”.

In what ways? I thought they were pretty believable except for the "frozen-behind-a-glass" moment.

I remember sitting in a movie theater and watching the trailers before the movie started. At that time, at that age I didn't know they where making a sequel to jurassic park until I sat there. I wish that would happen today instead of us knowing the next spiderman is coming in the summer of 2021. No matter the quality of the movie, the excitement was legit.

To quote a line from Larry Cohen's The Stuff, "Everybody has to eat shaving cream once in a while."

This episode sums up a lot of my usual feelings, two people debate while all I want to do is hear James talk about movies 🤷‍♂️

I LOVED the toys from JP2. My buddy had probably every one they made and i remember one summer spending the entire day making our own Jurassic Park with all the toys. Including cutting pine tree branches and putting them in the enclosures to look like trees.

JP3 is more entertaining to me, as soon as they land in the island the movie is non stop to the end. Cooper gets eaten, plane crash, spinosaurous vs T Rex, raptors, birdcage scene, boat spinosaurous scene. The whole movie is great entertainment.

I feel like Tony loses points just based on him saying boomer several times. Yikes.

Me too I like all of the Jurassic park movies but I like lost world the most.

Man I still can't believe he thinks Crystal Skull is better than Temple of Doom.

Honestly, the Raiders was the worst one because Indy wasn't fully realized yet, and it didn't have any memorable funny moments like Indy touching the female statue in Doom, the sand pit in Crystal Skull, or literally every frame Sean Connery was on screen in Crusade.

Here’s my take: I love 1 and like the other 2, but I’m seriously not into the Jurassic World movies

Honestly, I love all of the Jurassic movies. It is THAT franchise for me. It is the franchise that I have seen absolutely each and every entry of the series in the theaters.

I have Michael Chritton to thank for my favorite movie the 13th warrior!

Hey, what if they all had feathers, but the feathers decomposed over time?

I really wish they made more videos like this, I love seeing them standing up for the films and it brings out some interesting points.

I like how in the book it made real sense to have a second place where they breed dinosaurs. it's like "yeah of course they have another island with dinosaurs. Cloning is not failproof at all. Out of hundreds of eggs you can be happy if a couple of them ever hatch. So all Hammond had on the Nublar was a small showroom where he could present Dino babys hatching while the real stuff happens on an entirely different island."

Lost World had some of the best moments and concepts of the whole series. The T-Rex hunter, A kid getting eaten by Compys, The RV sequence and the awesome shot of raptors hunting through the tall grass. It also has the terrible gym scene though...

I laughed harder at this than any other rental review.

Love it when a person's whole argument for why something is bad is literally just "it's bad because it sucks" lmao

I didn't like how Lost World strayed from the novel, but it's still better than JPIII

I have to say, this was easily one of the most entertaining Rental Reviews videos ever, and that's saying something since they've all been extremely entertaining! I personally enjoyed both movies for what they were, but if I had to choose one over the other, I have to choose Jurassic Park 2. Sorry Tony. I hope that Nedry Pie wasn't too bad.

I feel like there was a missed opportunity for Kieran to reply to Tony with "The Rock-A-Who?" Great episode!

The Lost World had goddamn Pete Postlethwaite, therefor it automatically wins.

And he had that awesome 500 nitro Express I've told people he could kill a dinosaur with that double rifle but many people think it's a dumb 12 gauge double barrel

I wish they would of went that route, we got shitty terrible dino movies like Jurassic Undead, sci-fi Raptor Island.

6:30 the spinosaurus is no way as "strong" as the actual spinosaurus that scientists have discovered the movie version was a badass, the actual one was just super croc with a sick fin that mostly "dieted on river biome creatures", and could no way challenge a rex. I think, 🤔

Spinosaurus was such a cool Dino.

This is the best Rental Reviews yet! I just love the back and forth arguing while James just wants to talk about the original. Great stuff.

The Robot from "Lost in Space" almost killed Joey from Friends, IIRC!

One of my favorite parts of Lost World is when the T Rex breaks loose on the town. Great scene.

As a kid I always loved JP3 the most out of the franchise although now its easier to see that its not actually a good movie. Its still nostalgic to watch and all that but now I would def put Lost World above it. I also understand how some people may even like Lost World more than the original but for me it goes 1,2,3. None of the Jurassic World movies have been good yet IMO though. Maybe its just the fact of nostalgia or the fact they have become action movies instead of thrillers but its whatever.

So true but watch fallen kingdom and think about Indiana Jones and its a good watch. I waited so damn long for these new movies and they are stale but I get it now. It's Indiana Jones with dinosaurs.

I can actually sit through part 3, can't say that about 2.

1. This episode should be renamed "Kieran vs Tony" 2. Tony is extraordinarily insufferable in this one. 3. Kieran should be on SNL.

I like Jurassic park 3 for two reasons: 1.The Spinosaurus 2.Alan Grant is back That’s it.

Alan Grant is JP to me...the reason I love Sam Neil (into Event Horizon best movie ever)

Dude wtf Kieran lol. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Lost World was a pretty good show actually. It doesn't have zip to do with Jurassic Park obviously but it was certainly better than a lot of other fantasy shows of the 90s. Like in the top 10 at least. More people need to check it out. Lord John Roxton was a based main character also.

(When new evidence is brought to the defense of JP3) -"I'm not making the same mistakes again." -"No you're making, you're making all new ones."

Think someone should have brought up that Alan had never seen that breed of raptor before he set foot on that island, making that whole dream impossible

2 was always my least favorite since the time I saw it in theaters as a little kid

Please, please, please do more of these. I was dying of laughter throughout this whole thing.
