Moved to a DeLonghi and milk cleaning went from 3-5 min to 15 seconds. This milk cleaning process take way to long and its a daily process if you have daily lattes.

I would like to see the whole process from start to finish with the actual cleaning part included, not this edited version.

Would be nice if Jura developed a better milk system that didn’t involve multistep cleaning (like the lattego or lattecrema)

Hey, nice video! I got this machine recently. When I clean the milk system, there is so much steam and it makes screen foggy, is this normal?

There is a bug in the on-screen instructions. When it finishes the initial (1st part) of the cleaning, it says to add fresh water. That's it. It should say instead: "RINSE container AND then add fresh water to the front container". Otherwise the receptor-container overflows into the container with fresh water. Yes, it says so in the printed user manual but it should be clear in the on-screen instructions as well. Nobody is pulling out the printed manual every time they need to clean the machine. Another one... When it says: "Empty the water tray", it should say actually: "Empty the water tray AND coffee grounds container". Otherwise how people know when to empty it? In user manual it is also unclear. I was expecting a separate message for emptying a water tray and separate for coffee grounds container. It seems like those issues appear in all languages. At least in English, German and Polish. Please, fix it.

Dear Rol Tol, thank you for your question. The ENA 8 advises a filter change after a certain amount of water. This amount is based on the hardness of the water you programmed the machine to on first use, when you determined the hardness using the test strips, and on the filter you are using. The ENA 8 is compatible with both our CLARIS Smart and our CLARIS Smart Mini filters. The CLARIS Smart Mini can filter a smaller amount of water before it is used up (about 35 liters for very soft water). If you use the bigger CLARIS Smart, the filter lasts longer (about 60 liters for very soft water). Please note that all water used runs through the filter, also the water for tea preparations. We advise you to also check whether the programmed hardness of the water on your machine is right. We hope this has been helpful to you. Kind regards, JURA

@@jura_coffee I understand, but in 2 people didnt drink 90cups of 300ml of tea in 10days ... thats no logic, and i have super slime free water and my house has special salt filter, so the test shown no scales, so thats wha i set in my settings.. anyways, i gona use then it without filter then, cause no logic to pay this superhigh price for filters.. that last for 1 week... also my water heater has no scales in 2 years of boiling water for tea ... so im not wory about scales. Anyway thanks for response... but my experience with Jura is not so impressive as you see.. filter should last way longer...
