I'm glad your feeling a little better Bianca, We missed you! Very pretty pictures, and I enjoyed your video. I wanted you to know Ive been using my Sargent Art water crayons,and I really like them to use as a base, but the trick is knowing how much water to use. 🤔 Hope to see you soon!❤

Hi, Pamela. Thanks. I'm working on feeling better. I am. With Sargent Art crayons, yes, it takes a bit of experimenting with how much water to use for the look that you want. And that's the key, the "look that you want." Sometimes you don't know what you want on a background, more pigmented, less pigmented. Experiment on an extra page first if you can remember to do that, or at least always start with a weak wash, if you want more pigment then you can build up - after the paper dries. Try not to build on wet paper, it could pill. Good luck and keep me posted.
