Long, long ago - when you could stand with a group of strangers and hold hands in celebration and solidarity.
Julie is a National Treasure
Heard this on Global News Podcast. Tears in my eyes after a brutal 2020.

I heard it on Global News Podcast as well. Really moving.
Amazing the Scottish came down from the highlands in droves of hundreds and thousands just to listen and pay homage to her 👍
So much joy and talent in this video. I absolutely adore Julie's voice and music. Can't wait to see her live eventually.
Such a beautiful performance!
How lovely it was to see one of the finest singers in recorded history bringing in the new year whilst I was on holiday in Inverness this week. I was listening to Julie's albums on the way home tonight and the track 'Mo Bhean Chomain' brought tears to my eyes because her voice is just so beautiful.
So much beauty condensed in 2 and a half minutes!!!! Splendid!
Gle mhath! Well sung Julie!!
Beautiful version sung by a great singer. Had me in tears. Loved to of been there last night.
Absolutely beautiful. Happy New Year to all the wonderful people in the world.
Beautiful!
Great song, brings tears to your eyes. Was sung at the end of a great movie "It's a Wonderful Life" with Jimmy Steward and Donna Reed.
Off to a crappy 2020 but let's get thru this madness together!!! Enjoy the rest of the year!!!! I'll be back in December to wish you all well before we spilt out to go and enjoy the end of the year festivities

Nope. I’ve heard people. They probably practiced a lot too so I guess credit is due to the individual and to the wonder of human potential.
Love Julie! Maybe it’s that bit o’ Scot’s blood.
To 🥂 a better year for all of us❤️
Tried to share on Twitter, Amazon denied.
This isn’t Dan Fogelberg
I'm surprised she didn't use the original Burn's melody, rather than the "new" melody.
In my opinion only Scottish people sing this! Even as an English person, It always sounds wrong when we or the Americans sing it and change the lyrics. I like the "my joe" and "tak a cup" better... sounds SO much better!
2020, the worst year ever. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
