The owner from the original branch ( pasig) use to be a chef from a cruiseliner. He got the recipe from his norwegian head chef. Thats why is good.

Very nice! Filipinos do not waste ANYTHING! Chicken necks, chicken skin...nothing goes to waste! Nice and friendly owner. Very well-spoken...and in English pa! My only criticism is...where is the toyo, kalamansi and sili??? IMHO, that's the best sawsawan! Hehehe.

That's fried chicken with crispy breading. Yung lechon or inihaw maganda ipang sawsaw sa toyomansi at sili.

Lol what are you moaning about? Business people would love to have free advertisement. Kurt is giving them space in social media for FREE. They probably didn’t let Kurt pay for the meal, but that’s how it works with marketing in social media. What’s wrong talking to the owner and getting a little bit of history about the restaurant? The guy is trying to connect with our culture and you’re hating on him.
