FRESH COCONUT DRINK from Filipino street vendor

Ойын-сауық

We wander through the streets of a local barangay (Tagalog for town) and stumble upon fresh buko (coconut) juice made right in front of you.
Let's make some friends, practice our tagalog, and support small business together!

Fresh coconut drink is perfect for Philippines’ hot weather. It’s refreshing and excellent for repleneshing essential electrolytes that are usually lost from sweating. God bless your generous heart, Kurt! Your genuine concern for the hardworking Filipino construction workers is truly admirable. May your channel continue to exponentially grow, so you could be a blessing and inspiration to all the people around you and across the globe. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do! Your avid viewers from Illinois, Josephine & Jocelyn

Just be sure you get the pure unadulterated coco water / juice. It should be poured out straight from the coconut. Be sure nothing is mixed or added! Pure coco water is very safe & nourishing especially in 'Pinas clime! Much better than energy / electrolyte drinks! Stay safe always & Godspeed!

Hi Kurt, may I suggest taking electrolytes when you go around the city. That way you’ll be hydrated. Sometimes water doesn’t cut it with the extreme heat.

The whole coconut is not 10 pesos it's 25-40 depending on the location. The 10-15 pesos is the coconut juice that had been mix with sugar. Usually when buying the whole coconut they put that in the plastic like what you had before and sometimes they have a straw so you can sip it or you take it home with you. I prefer buying 3 coconuts and chill it in my fridge. Must be consume within a day otherwise it will turn sour.
