Basically, powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states: 10th Amendment
Huh.. roe v wade on books 45 years unlikely to change. Plessey v Ferguson (which made segregation legal) on the books 58 years and overturned... hmmm... No judge wrong again; I don't think "length of time" matters to overturning bad legal decisions.

Bradley C Price --Obviously, she is talking about getting the _national_ abortion law overturned. She is talking about stopping the reach of the dictatorship that is feminism, when it comes to killing the unborn.
Doesn't deference only apply when the intent isn't clear enough to be interpreted by the court?

Napolitano has shown himself to be a swamp monster in his opposition to Trump. It's depressing. He can talk a good game and sound like a champion of individual liberty.
