According to Women’s Health magazine, he was attacked after being released into the general population of his prison at Tucson, Arizona. As a result, he was transferred to Coleman II Penitentiary at Orlando, which is apparently a safer place for sex offenders like him. Nassar blamed the attack in part to Judge Aquilina’s “demonisation” of him at his trial. I also heard he tried to sue the prison authorities for failing to protect him! Don’t know if this is true, but it’s just the sort of thing I could imagine this arrogant POS doing.

Also everyone uses emotion instead of logical and that's why people who dont belong in prison go to prison and why minorities are given longer semtemces than whites..Because of a judges prejudice beliefs. There are victims, and then there are all the branches and tributaries of family and friends affected by the crime(s). For example, is it better if someone kills five people by shooting them point blank in the head? At least it's quick. Or is it worse to leave one person out in the woods to die after stabbing them? What if it's a child? What if it's sexual sadism? All these crimes are horrifying. In this particular case, there were 160+ women, but the crimes were not just confined to the relentless vaginal penetration. Their trust was betrayed, their minds were skewed by the adults around them, the parents were befriended - the list goes on and on. Many layers of trauma. I'm just glad he is never leaving the prison - no more trips to Beijing, or Rio. No more beach fun, no picnics, no Netflix, no New York cheesecake. The list goes on and on.

The balls on this narcissist to even complain. About anything! Just staggers me. After what he put those girls through when he assaulted them, he doesn't get to complain about having to hear so many. Those victims' voices are worth so much more than his "breakdown", or his frail little heart that seemed to be doing just fine when he assaulted all those girls, or his delusional thoughts about the judge wanting media attention on the case when clearly she didn't. Sorry, but this judge is a disgrace to the courtroom and real law, especially to the Constitution that governs this land, and protects against this kind of unjust trial. This is a violation of the Sixth Amendment-Impartial it is not, nor was he able to call witnesses on his behalf, and where's the jury? As if that wouldn't have been rigged as well. This is nothing but a show trial and media circus. She is making up a courtroom drama, projecting all her fears unto this one lone man, as are all these girls whom are all lying. When the so called judge says that new victims are coming in on a daily basis-so what? How are they proving these victims are real in a few hours time, without a shred of evidence, only hearsay? When are you sheople going to wake up? Here is the letter from Larry Nassar himself, where he claims to have been forced to do a guilty plea: _“I was a good doctor because my treatments worked, and those patients that are now speaking out were the same ones that praised and came back over and over, and referred family and friends to see me. The media convinced them that everything I did was wrong and bad. They feel I broke their trust."_ _“Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. It is just a complete nightmare."_ _“The stories that are being fabricated to sensationalize this, then the AG would only accept my plea if I said what I did was not medical and was for my own pleasure. They forced me to say that or they were going to trial and not accepting the plea. I wanted to plead no contest, but the AG refused that. I was so manipulated by the AG and now Aquilina. All I wanted was to minimize stress to everyone, like I wrote earlier.”_ Absolutely correct, and provably so. This is nothing but a media circus in order to cause division between men and women to further control them. I'm sure none of you care about the truth or the facts, because you believe that since the court room made a decision, that it must be true. That is not a court room, and they are not operating within the bounds of the US Constitution, and therefore have no jurisdiction, but are in fact a foreign entity. That is obvious by the judge's obvious lack of understanding of the Constitution, which is clear in this very video.

This is unfortunate, because now he will have something to occupy his mind other than his hideous pathetic self. I don't think he'll be released - the most he could do is appeal the sentence - it's not a question of mistrial because he copped a plea. Don't forget he got a firm 60 years from the Feds.

JG CS ..I would like to say a couple of things about your comment, first of all you are not a judge or a lawyer , seems that because the judge is a woman you do not like the fact that she is very opinionated and it's given the victim's the right to come forward to say what this monster has done to them. I don't know if you have daughters or any young females in your family but if you did you would not want them to go through something like this; facing sexual abuse it's not just hard for the victim , but for the entire family as well. I'm glad the judge had the guts to speak up and tell this man that she was not going to remove him from the courtroom just because he was uncomfortable to hear what the victims had to say and to use his health condition to give an excuse why he shouldn't be there.. All the testimonies were getting him uncomfortable to the point where he couldn't take it ,he did not expect SO MANY WOMEN, TEENS, and CHILDREN to come forward and shared their testimonies, and bring back ALL THE HORROR THEY HAD TO GO THROUGH in front of the one man who hurt them and for him to listen how it felt to them when he did what he did, to remind him that he has a PROBLEM and how it damage every victim and their families . He was only three days into his trial and he already could not take it, he didn't know that was just the beginning and didn't expected more to come. Did you notice that he did say much and almost anything after the judge went over his "letter" ??? then he try to make an excuse by saying that he was stress when he wrote the so call "letter" but never apologize for what he wrote or even for what he had done to all the victims.. The judge expose everything for a reason, so everyone could see how unstable this man is , he thought that by making allegations about the judge he was going to be seen by others as the victim ...really?? What he wrote was not going to get him out of the trouble he was already in, he actually made things worse for himself(ups.. he messed up really bad). Being concert about the case not having a jury, was not going to change things,he probably could it had a worse sentence .. FYI a case doesn't have to had a jury in order to receive a fair trial; by the law a judge can convict without a jury according to the evidence and testimonies. Also you mentioned about how they decided if the statements from the victims were truthful and how they decided to let them presented them to the judge; well everything goes through a process it doesn't mean that bc you don't know about it that is not been done. did you know the police already had reports and statements by few of the victims from years ago? their statements weren't fabricated, the law enforcement new about it, to the point that they have to apologize to the victims for not doing anyting long time ago. Shame on them, if the officers had done something about it,this man weren't have done so much damage to others, by convinced them that everything he has done was part of the medical treatment.. really?? When a case has over a 156 women, teenagers, and girls speaking up about what had happened to them how would you even think that a 6 year old is going to fabricate something like this..?? 156 victims lying about something that has destroyed part of their lives it's not something that you will fabricate.their statements described similarities about how he sexually abuse them...Oh no let me tell you being a victim of sexual abuse is something that destroys part of you and it's hard to even talk about it. I was there once and nothing was done to the person who hurt me, when I finally had the courage to speak up I had to live through the same thing that all this victims went through when the law enforcement didn't do anything at the time, who knows how many others were victims . Predators know how to fabricate lies so they can walk away. So my advice to you is have a heart for those who have suffered through something that they cannot take back, have a heart for those who have been hurt and can not erase what was done, have compassion for those who have to leave with an awful memories that will hunt them from time to time, be sensitive towards the other side of the story, many women like me have to leave with a deep scar for the rest of our lives. I hope you'll give yourself a chance to see and hear the other side of the history, instead of "defending" someone who has done so much damage. what would you do if someone like this man violates your body your life you integrity your soul and mind... nobody gets to defend you because they'll believe the predator not you.. have a heart for those who had been hurt in ways that cannot be repair..

What struck me at the time was how quite a few men took to social media to shriek about the judge being ‘biased’ & ‘a feminazi’. I don’t think they really understand what bias is; he committed the crimes, he has admitted to it, so there’s not two sides to the issue for her to be biased toward one in particular. He did what he was accused of - that’s an accepted fact. She has upheld the rights of everybody involved so…? 🤷🏻‍♀️ And as for the ‘feminazi’ bs, it rarely suggests a rational, informed speaker but in this situation specifically, these guys are declaring in public that they care only about the abuser and resent his female victims being allowed to speak. Could it be that they relate to the abuser on some level? Perhaps they have left survivors in their own pasts and fear them ever being heard & believed? There are many good, decent men out there and none of them get so personally threatened & aggressive at the notion of women speaking or being in positions of authority. The dudes shouting ‘feminazi’ have a tendency to tell on themselves.
