Actually, if he would have killed joseph and jotaro then josuke, would have died from his stand because he didn't have enough spiritual power to possess a stand as a child so the sickness would have killed josuke and holly but okuyasu's dad would still be alive if dio won

@@jalenknox140 what if he had the power?I mean I know DIO’s curse is strong and could have killed Holly,shikashi, we dont know when would have Josuke got sickness because its different type.Holly got it when she was 45.Maybe he would have got it when he is 25 and that means maybe he could defeat the curse and get a stand.Why didnt Jotaro get that curse by the way?If he did we saw him defeat that DIO’s curse and get a stando when he was only 17.

@@adamnoobmaster7490 i will explain why jotaro was able to get a stand with no damage, It was not a curse, the only reason was because their bodies couldn't handle a stand, while jotaro was a delinquent with high fighting spirit making him qualify for a stand, in order to get a stand in the jjba universe, you need to have the strength and power to acquire a stand

Would also like to point out my theory, that hermit purple is a stand automatically given if you learn hamon since we saw DIO use hermit purple for a bit in flashbacks.

@@rivershen8954 Hamon seems compatible with stands. I’d assume that as hamon enhanced Joseph’s stand and the hamon flowed through it. Even if the hamon charge didn’t kill Dio, the power increase to star platinum would be great.

Well that's the thing that most people forget for dios time stop, abilities work in it, magnetism (when Dio is holding onto it) and abilities,that's why the magnet worked,puccis speed,and hamon
