The weakest Stand according to DIO is Survivor. It cannot aid the user in any way and can cause them indirect harm. I won't spoil the ability if you haven't read Stone Ocean. This statement is, of course, ignoring stands like Cheap Trick or a certain Stand in Part 7 (again, no spoilers) that actively attempt to harm their users.

Well there are people in this world who's parents are from someone that speaks a different language(includeing me) and only knows a couple words and a few sentences and so cant have an entire conversation in that language so only speak there native language to people they know can understand.
