Yes he is, Mohanad isone of the most caring individuals that I have ever had the privilege of teaching. He is a man of honor.

He speaks better than most American born. What a classy man. Thank to this couple for trying to help. Defendant acts smug well this is his first time he dressed up for the show! His curtain will close soon no doubt.

My bf would not be allowed to lay a hand on my child. And if he did, he would be out the door. Mothers, a man should never take priority over your children. Give your had a shake!!!!

I don’t know how any adult can watch a child being abused much less their own child at the hands of a bf/gf.

it's obvious the child was being abused when they are repeatedly crying & saying "Ow ow" because they're being physically hurt! The neighbor should've called CPS as well😔

Police should have called CPS. Officers had the capacity to investigate the situation and circumstances of what was happening. This witness did not. The officers chose to handle it in whichever they did. DISGUSTING to suggest that this witness is any way at all to blame for this. Calling 911 multiple times, nothing happening, calling again and again and still nothing. It’s the officers who were remiss. The witness is beyond reproach in this situation. But you do you.

Why didn't they respond on the first call of complaint? It makes me so sad and cry, making other families bad when they're worst out there .

I don't understand why he and the other neighbor didnt go over there to stop this child from being beaten. Im sorry, i wouldn't just sit there and wait for the cops who never showed up. Not trying to shame them but i find it hard to comprehend.

Cops do not want to get involved because they know it takes a lot of work to document, follow up, and just to put effort into cps. Etc. i remember when my mom was married, her husband was cheating and the chick he was cheating with called CPS on her. We had some man come to our home and asked my siblings and I questions about our mom. My mom is anemic and had white substance from white dirt she ate from a gas station. I know odd, but my grandmother ate this too after their gastric bypass surgeries. They were severely low in vitamins and craved the white dirt/clay. I remember getting the bag from her purse and the case worker laughing and asked for the bag. Long story short, it was weird. Idk if they really checked the substance on their end
