As a mother I want to thank any and all medical personnel when it comes to such heart breaking situations. Besides the pain a mother, father, sister, brother, grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle and other family and friends go through, Nurses especially, and Drs. as well, you guys go through an immense anount of pain knowing you have to do any and everything you can, to save a child from death, or any other form of abuse. I dont think us on the outside looking in really never acknowledged the fact your feelings and you all go through hearbreak, depression and trauma as well. I sometimes feel depending on these court cases and what's going on, the abuser should also be charged with something because of the amount of pain the nurses, doctors, EMTs, officers, etc.also have to.go through, the rest of their lives as well 😞💔

Even after the medical examiner clearly state several times to her that there were no signs of active asthma and it was NOT the cause of death, she still had that poor pediatrician come onto the stand to confirm she had seen Mercedes for Asthma in 2017! All of my kids are asthmatic to differing degrees! My daughter had a few episodes when she was a Toddler then grew out of it. Which it sounds like Mercedes grew out of it to! I think she wants to hammer home how that particular hospital was much further than previous hospitals they drove by first. It was of weird way of doing it though.

The prosecutor is not good at her job. She lingered on silly questions forever and they weren’t even relevant which goes to show how bad the defense is at their job considering they didn’t object 🤦🏻‍♀️. I would never allow myself to go to trial if my life depends on the these nimrods to do their jobs accordingly
