He will succeed. What a story…a guy who wanted to give up QB position, getting booed to having many fans and one of the best QB in college football. He is exciting to watch.

Man that guy played his heart out in that 2nd half, he's gotten even more patient in the pocket and lost the happy feet thing from last year and it's dangerous for a defense, strong arm can make all the throws of course mobile, has a athleticism in the pocket aka Justin fields/Russell Wilson esque feel that extends plays and gives him downfield opportunities, I like the adjustment to the offense the oc has made, oline got better too, still has to work on going through his progressions and making reads more instead of relying on his legs so much and accuracy which Has gotten better, he should be a Heisman finalist if not winner ,1st rd talent

his arm definitely caps out on the longer throws but he is very good

I think the reason they had him boot out to the left was to have the corner that is getting faked blocked to keep their eyes there and allow the easy sneak around

Jordan Travis is Jordan Travis. Like all QB’s he’s got some things he can improve on but that 2nd half QB work was immaculate. The way he always remained poised and put the team on his back was simply elite. My vote for best QB in the nation and will definitely be in the convo for the Heisman.

Amazing video. Just found the channel, subscribed and I’ll be in those classes soon. That being said, give Toafili a break on the long pass around the 20:00 mark. Dude is wrapping up the ball and get grabbed and his momentum thrown, kinda hard to stretch for the goal line when you’re perpendicular to the line in mid air. Great analysis tho, truly. Rare that someone can breakdown these concepts in real time where I can follow and pick up what’s being intended (for the most part) in the breakdown. Awesome stuff man, looking forward to the season on this channel. And GO NOLES!!!!

hey u mentioning that super mesh and 4 covering the deep hook reminded me of something i hope u have time to comment on: i always think it's ridiculous and makes no sense when team run like 4 hitch routes or sticks all at the same depth. no one is covering anyone up but its absurd to think the qb has time to go to his 2nd or 3rd read right? maybe they are saying the qb can read pre-snap and decide but once the ball is snapped if his primary gets covered its too late to go to anyone else as the ball needs to come out as soon as the WR breaks add in the fact that there are lots of options defensively to beat that play and i just don't understand why teams love the play so much. is there something im missing? i bring it up because i rarely see it be successful

On that naked keeper, 24 had his hips flipped towards 4 running the over and his eyes on travis. I think that would have gotten broken up if Travis threw it.

Any chance you would analyze University of Iowa QB/O-Coordinator? They brought in Cade McNamara from Michigan and the O-Coordinator, Brian Ferentz, is son of long time head coach Kirk Ferentz. After averaging 17 pts/game last season Brian had a clause added to his contract that if he doesn't score 25 pts/game that he won't be back in 2024. Not a big name anymore, but Cade was a top recruit for Michigan back in 2019. Love your work.

On the first throw, it seems like Travis didn't fully step into the throw either. You can see the DE ends up getting tossed around his feet causing him to sort of throw off of one foot.

Drake Maye & Jordan suffered badl linemen aliments. he left the season undefeated. this reel isn't too bad to deal with.

The route should be lined up with the drop. Ideally on the 3rd step you should be in perfect timing and let it go

I know you probably won't because he's not really a guy a lot of people besides maybe Marshall and VT fans care about, but I would love a Grant Wells episode. I didn't get to see the ODU game in person, but he looked good from a stats stand point, though people who were at the game say he was really not very good.

He's probably the luckiest QB in the draft going to sit behind Rodgers and Taylor for a year or two and learn. Unfortunately he's going to be in Hacketts offense.

That first throw is a Josh Allen circus throw. It's like a Steph Curry or dame dollar crazy shot. Silly play call for anybody else. Josh Allen don't do every throw but that's his. No coach should try that. Back across the field across the body. Unless you have a true Cannon and even then it's kinda silly. I know that's a bad throw from the marching band. Like throwing a spinning jump kick in a street fight. Jab and straight and run.

First video of his I’ve watch, i think he was a little too critical of JT. Pointing out flaws on touchdown plays and big conversions. Also considering opponent and it being first game of the year. I bet we watch LSU defense be one of the best in college this season

wait.....why is a guy who was a garbage QB running a QB school? I think his QB stats were like 9 TDs with 13 ints...with a passer rating below 70%......that's like the guy that finished last place in a 40-yard dash showing people how to run the 40-yard dash lol.....
