@@RonJomero The re-releases of Eps 4-6 were hugely successful well received despite dumb moves by Lucas like Greedo shooting first or that weird goofy scream Luke does when hes falling in Ep5 . Ep4 actually made over $100 million at the US boxoffice in 1997.

This story is a supervillain origin story. It's the clip they'll play at the trial when he finally snaps and we find Conan's skeleton in a wig in his attic.

"The year was 1999 ..." Jordan has been both nursing that grievance for a quarter century and workshopping this complaint for just as long.
seeing JORDAN smile while telling it. You can see that for 25 years at least they've been close and actual friends.
I rarely side with Jordan, but he is 100% in the right for saying Conan ruined that moment.

Everything finally makes sense. Jordan was never weird, he was just planning Conan’s murder in his head every time they talked. The clip where Conan makes fun of his two star wars action figures is even better now 😂

Finally, a worthy origin story of a legendary best enemies
I was patiently waiting for the moment that the story would reach its climax... I replayed it 4 times. I cried of laughter....
He didnt realise it was an initiation into being a Sith Lord by Darth Conan. "Yes, let the hate flow through you... "
I actually got teary eyed hearing how excited Jordan was and how it got ruined. Poor guy
They cut before the funniest part where Conan, through laughter, says "I knew those sequels were not going to be good"
This is the best villain story I've ever heard, I need this to be a weekly podcast
