I think what makes Jones so great is the mental side. He will never like you as long as your in the UFC at LHW or HW. Edit: I should add I think it makes him great because he'll never lack motivation(use that dislike or even hatred to dismantle his opponents)

Both guys were amazing coaches. The TUF guys was lucky to be coached by two undefeated legends
Chael is truley the champions champ. Becoming good friends with his biggest fan, Jon Jones, to then realize, in their fight, how badly he was hurting Jon's elbows with his legendary "face to elbow" technique. Seeing how he probably would have shattered the younger mans will to fight again he let him keep the belt. Truley amazing.

There's a lot more to these guys and their stories than people see on TV or other media. Uriah Hall was fighting very skilled and very tough opponents for a long time. I'm sure he was hurt many times and we know that he hurt other people badly. What we know is only part of it. The wars that happened in training rooms go unnoticed by civilians. This brings back so many memories for me. I was training with Brandon Vera when this season was airing, and I remember walking into a team meeting (one of our team had a big fight coming up) and giving this prep talk that Jon gave to his team on TUF, I completely plagiarized him and it fired the whole team up. 😄 Also, I had heard how Jones was this nice guy that turned into a killer into the ring, he was going to try to hurt you for the sake of winning, no matter what it took. This series really give you and insight on that. He cared about everyone around him and drew energy from them, but if you were in his cross hairs, your knees and and your skull were going to take a beating. Ten years later and it's crazy to me that Jones is champ again.

Larone thank you for all your hard work and time you put into these videos i watch and re watch them all the time to just go back to those times 😊
Larone back at it again with the heat!!!
Man Uriah was cold blooded back in the day
“As long as i believe in you, you got nothing to worry about” Flatlined a second later
After watching this I got even more respect for both Jones and Sonnen.
5:42 THIS MAN JON JONES AS SAVAGE AS EVER😂😂😂
The testament to Jones' longevity is the fact both his opponnet Chael and Chael's student Hall are retired, while Jones is still a champion. Remarkable.

He’s more than a decade younger than Chael.

I mean, they're both older than Jones. Chael has over a decade on Jones, and a career spanning over 20 years. Jones was the youngest champion of all time, and at this point very early in his career, so it makes sense that he'd still be competing after the other guys retire.

@djvernski2049 Yup, and he's already floating retirement after his next fight. Chael retired at 42 after a 22 year career. Jones has another decade before he matches the true GOAT in terms of career longevity 😆
seeing how good Jones is in a coaching situation. And witnessing how great his attitude was makes me want to say that he is the actual goat of mma.
I absolutely love chael, he is one of my favorite fighters both in and out of the cage. I’m just finally so happy he won something😭 even though he’s undefeated
Jones is and forever will be the greatest combat sports athlete to ever live

Two undefeated legends. Jon Jones is lucky to have been in the presence of the great Chael Sonnen.

Hell yeah bro! 🔥 I’ve been waiting on this one lol
Hearing Jon talk about not fucking around and how he eats clean and all that knowing what we know now is so funny 😂
To see grown men being vulnerable and opening up is very refreshing, I think we all need a community like this
Thank you for the upload, enjoyed it. 🤙🏽
Nice trip down memory lane. Good ole days. The Ultimate Fighter sure had some fun and goofy seasons lol
Two respectful legends as coaches 🙌🏽, I didn’t even see an arguement or fight between both teams like there usually is on every new team
RIP Josh Samman. I really loved watching that guy fight. He was a really good writer as well.
“You don’t gotta find your happy place, this is your happy place” 🔥🔥
Jones running out the bowling alley like that was one of the funniest things on ultimate fighter 😂😂
31:42 Jon is such a GOAT that even though it was Hall that did the work, Jon won the fight by knockout. Legendary

More of those videos please, they are brilliant!
jbj really made huge efforts to be a very good coach in fairness. very passionate to improve people. great.
Jon Jones comes across as a simple hard working fighter. just gives it his all and when he feels like he has hit the wall, he says NOPE! and simply smashes through it and keeps going. Love that Unstoppable force ethic. Im sitting at the computer and I feel like I want to go down stairs and hit the weights lol.
Your content is gold, thanks
This channel deserves 2 million + subscribers. Amazing work as usual man. You make us all go down history lane.
That round of applause cos the guy is still alive 😂😂
Great vid shows you the different side of bones what an amazing personality, coach, and generally good guy love it ! Thanks!

What tipped you off to that? Was it the unrelenting confidence or the charisma?
The way he ran off the stage after loosing to the bowling party was hilarious 🤣
You make TUF so easily digestible for me and my friends, always appreciated
Deep down Jones definitely took that bowling game personally.
Jones even committing 3 fouls in the bowling competition ironically. 😂
I love your videos the way you slide into the camera sends me into tears everytime.
There's just something about Jons Aura that reads "Split" like.. interacting with humans and looking good on camera is an actual act. idk i just permanently get that vibe anytime he's nice. The person he is in the ring, is who he really is and sometimes Gladiators shouldn't be anywhere else but the arena.
i'd give my life for be trained by jon jones , my favorite fighter . From him i used many combos . The greatest , the goat , skill , power , elegance , technique , speed , fantasy . He's got all

The coaches challenge had me ROLLIN🤣
Its good seeing this side of jon, in contrast to the negativity we usually hear
They coached and coexisted really well, good sportmanship, and of course they can sell a fight.
