They recently covered Cam on a song called "Mayday"... same serious tone as this one, and Tim, the bass singer, sings tenor on the song. He actually has a 5 octave range, and now that Chance has replaced Chris, Tim can sing lead more often (Chance covers bass and baritone). Y'all may want to chill out for an hour or so and watch a live concert on KZread... you can get a taste of their personalities and the different songs. This time of year you might want 'How Great Thou Art', 'O Holy Night, 'Do You Hear What I Hear', 'Silent Night', etc...

You might've noticed someone new. That was Adam Chance. He's the new baritone after Chris Rupp left in 2016 to pursue his solo career. You guys should react to Chris Rupp's song with Home Free What Child is This. It's beautiful and its the only time that all 6 sing together

Another great one is “I can’t outrun you.” Chance is the new guy-wearing a baseball cap in this video, and he sang second after Tim-he does lead on the video and he directed it. It’s somber and heartfelt. And AMAZING.

Thanks for another HF reaction. ♥ 'In The Blood' is definitely one of those songs that make you think, and I love that HF can do both funny and serious, and sound wonderful no matter what. Their ability to keep surprising me with their song choices, arrangements, styles... is one of the reasons why I love them so much. I would suggest *Fishin' In The Dark / Down In The Boondocks* and *Thinkin' Out Loud / Let's Get It On* because I think both arrangements are wonderful, but they don't get suggested as often as other HF arrangements.

Because Adam was doing solely body percussion, he was able to sing with them on this one. His 5th part in the harmony is always a treat.

Love your reaction. It's a very powerful song that makes you really start to think about your own life. They portryed the song and the meaning of those lyrics so beautifully. I think the song really and truly resignated with their own lives. Mayday is another serious song that tells of love and loss, and it'll tear your heart out. Great reaction guys! The water scenes were filmed at the Walter Hill Dam in Murfreesboro, TN. Not sure where the house is, but it’s not next to the dam.

Love this song

I heard this version before I heard the original, and I like this version better. And I do agree that in this version it's easier to focus on the lyrics. And the song definitely resonates with me because I was abused by my mother, and my father was too weak to do anything. The last thing I want to be like is them when I have children, but I have that fear.

Home Free has evolved a lot. Time to revisit them in your reactions!

That's not a "waterfall" it's a old Gris mill. Water powered mill used to grind corn into meal and grind other grains. I agree with you, this is by far their best cover. Good reaction, thanks for the video.

All the vids where they interact with a woman they use their wives/girlfriends and the chemistry comes through. They rarely do green screen, it just depends on what the video needs, but I'm pretty sure that was real.

Your reactions are awesome! Please keep up the Home Free reactions! The locations are real. I don't know if the waterfall is next to the house...I doubt it. I don't know of Home Free ever using a green screen Merry Christmas!
