I have a theory that Eddie Jones brought Joe Marler back in not only for his Rugby qualities but more importantly because he knew he would bring a sense of comfort and confidence in the locker room through his humor, loosen the boys up.

I’m a 26 year old lifelong football fan. And I’m guilty of riding the wave with England doing well but I have to say it’s been really refreshing to see actual personalities in press conferences. These are genuine down to earth blokes and rugby has gained another fan 😊

That guy at the end as they walk off “that’s the last time we let you two out together” hahahaa

I'm glad the professional sport days still have space for a personality like Joe, what an interesting guy - SA fan.

Im South African i love rugby in general when you represent you nation do it with class and style. Spring bok plays for the whole of Africa thank you for representing the Continent in and of the field class and style. LOL watch this video after the match and you will understand that rugby wins at the end of the day

One of the best interviews ever so funny marler is so funny and cole is so deadpan perfect double act.

That was quite refreshing, nice to see a good sense of humour about the players 👍

Waiting to say that the realmfp... Enjoy the humour.. is all it is... Whilst i'm gutted England lost the world cup and congratulations to South Africa.. i think winning this competition is about the sport and doing well by rugby.. The issues that seem to take prior position when S.A. wins a world cup is trying to bring a nation together.. either due to a dark recent past or currently corruption thats destroying the country.. This isn't a snide comment.. But lets have a look at what should just be people celebrating a world cup win..will be wonderful 1 day if you're country can just celebrate a win in a sports comp... Lets hope that ages well.

@@mrkey6523 Probably didn't have to think too hard given that you're commenting from a tremendously high horse, and your suggestion that it wasn't a "snide comment" doesn't excuse your position on said horse. Take a few moments next time to consider England's role in the issues that many of its former colonies face today, the current state of your own country and its identity crisis before passing any judgement. South Africa has more problems than most, and media storms aside, the majority of us are realistic in our suggestions that this win won't do much more other than serve as a well-earned reason to celebrate together, and potentially serve as a catalyst to draw more people to the sport in the country. Barring all that, it has allowed the top South African sporting personalities to make comments of concern about how our country is being run on the international stage, so yeah, lets hope that ages well.
