As a Tanzanian i think Kenya and Tanzania should aim at cooperation and not competition. Mashirikiano yatainua uchumi wa nchi hizi mbili. Tunahitaji reli kati ya Mombasa Voi Moshi hadi Arusha na tunahitaji reli kutoka Nairobi iunganishe Arusha hadi Dar es Salaam. Lengo kuimarisha uchumi wa wananchi na si vinginevyo.

For a jurney of 1400 km Dar es salaam to mwanza this could mean a difference of more than 8 ours between 120kmh and 160kmh,

KE is about the economy (Moving goods from Mombasa Port to EA Countries). I understand TZ is more about moving the people(Passengers). A clear reason for you to understand why the track wasn't electrified is the Double Cargo Cars the Loc pulls
