@Tarang Paradkar When Jimmy asked her what her secret was everyone assumed he was talking about the secret to her success (e.g. perseverance, studying, liking what you do). But then the secret was literally a secret--something you wouldn't tell anyone. Moreover, the secret was completely over the top. People didn't laugh because they like animal abuse, it's just that what Jimmy said was so far from what they expected that they found it funny. A classic example of British humour, in my opinion.

I once played violin at a wedding where the bride decided to go to the church on a horse. What she did not realise is that horse shoes are very slippery on cobble stones. So when the horse approached the church he slipped and fell sending the bride flying breaking her arm and gave the horse a heart attack in the process. Was a very memorable wedding.

To answer Jon's question, it depends on context. For example, I have a binder of trading cards and I put the "The"s and "A"s under T and A, respectively, since that's where they would be if you Googled them. As for video games, I usually skip the "The" and do the second word.

Dignitas is a clinic in Swirzerland that helps, mostly, the elderly who no longer wish to live (they may suffer from stroke, or Alzheimer's or other issues that makes living very difficult). "Put to sleep" means both the literal meaning and to put someone to death (usually used when speaking of animals).

Aboriginals have been living in my local area (Blue Mountains) for at least 55,000 years. The Brits are nothing but warmongering Philistines in the eyes of their more cultured continental neighbours
