Nantz...living a charmed and controlled life brought out by very purposeful hard work and a great supportive team. Kostis and McCord....a barn-storming, sliding sideways, whoopie cushion, provoking, and "shit that was funny" roller coaster career. It is hard to say who has it better.

Just to clarify. Fermi, one of America's greatest physicists, was with a group of grad students one afternoon having a few beers. The question of aliens came up. Fermi who believed physics could be used to make credible predictions with a few assumptions started to make a few calculations on the back of an envelope. His reasoning was straight forward. Given an extraterrestrial civiliz which invented interstellar travel at close to light speed, and exponential growth after colonization of the first exoplanet, he calculated the entire MWgalaxy could be colonized in 10s of millions of years. Now the MW galaxy is 10 billion years old. Even if it takes many billions of years to evolve sentient techno beings they would likèly have a heck of a head start on us, so where are they?
