The Chargers could use an upgrade almost all across their roster. Harbaugh & Hortiz are going to be busy cleaning up Telasco’s mess.

Jim was my favorite member on those niners squads. He brought our team out of poverty and I cannot help but root for him again. Bolt up ⚡️⚡️

Hearing someone so excited to coach this team, it’s hard to be expectations, realistically, but holy crap bolts fam lets goooooo!

People call Jim Harbaugh weird but the haters don't notice the genius of what he does and why he wins everywhere.. first thing he does is prop up everyone he's going to be working with, he gives everyone around him confidence in themselves that they can get the job done immediately, and he's relentless motivating his team.. players always talk about how they love playing for him which is half the battle- earning your players respect and trust.. and that's a big key to his success imo

Jim lived in my hometown in SD. Ran into him at the liquor store and I got to meet him and told him, it would be great to have you coach in SD. He said thank you. Then he bought a couple packs of Dip, said “take care” and left. Then, he was the keynote speaker at my daughters HS graduation. So different hearing him in that light. It was a great speech and he stayed to meet everyone afterwards on the football field (Go Islanders). Much respect and let’s go Chargers!

I’m a Raider fan but this gonna be a great for the Charger fans because finally they will bring back an exciting season since the Philip Rivers-Antonio Gates days. Jim Harbaugh will be a great coach for the Chargers since Marty Schottenheimer and it is a great fit for them especially Justin Herbert and I can’t believe he’s a one time Charger during his playing days. Next season the AFC West will be a strongest division in the NFL because we have a great coaches but I hope that the Chiefs will not win the AFC West champions next year lol. If not us, I hope it’s you to win in the AFC West. Good luck Chargers until you play us!!!!

@@melanie010203 yeah, makes you wonder how much of the 'tism he may have swimming around in there lol but I can relate. When he was at Michigan, he really cared about the players. Not just said he did, but he actually demonstrated it. Not once did he throw anyone under the bus, which seems to be the norm nowadays when coaches are under pressure. He doesn't seem to care about how much money he makes, he's just chasing victory and memories. He likes to share his faith and demonstrate what that looks like. His Michigan players will agree he's a strange dude, but not one of them has lost respect for him, because he puts them, and the team, first. I'm curious to see, and optimistic, that Jim continues in this way with the Chargers, because I think it's a part of who he is as a man, and not just a strategy. I think that's what makes him rare. Hopefully we will see it continue to play out here. Different environment, but he's also already been here before at a different level
