Jeff’s entire person just screams “coach”. I am so excited to see what he’s got for this defense. A breath of fresh air to say the least. I went from “Who?” To “Let’s freaking go!” after learning about Jeff Hafley.

Absolutely seems to get it, be a leader, and a head coach type. We better enjoy him for the 2-3 years before he gets promoted in the NFL. Very impressive personality and presence.

This guy gets it. He showed right in the interview why he was chosen. Lots of experience at various levels, knows what success looks like, family man with great understanding of complex situations. I'm ready to run through a wall for this guy.

Well that's how you get the best opportunity. Best case scenario, he makes a huge difference, gets this unit to perform at thier maximum potential, like a top 5 unit that shows up reg and post season when it counts, and win a few SBs, then he gets a chance leaves, if he wants. If you have a special thing going maybe he stays 5,6,7,8 years and win a few SBs, and then of course other trams will come calling.

Do I want energy? Absolutely! I want to be demanding but not demeaning. This dude is going to change the culture of how defense is played in Green Bay and I can't wait 👍👍

I love what he’s saying. First time in 15 years I’ve actually felt confident about our defense going forward.

I'm looking forward to enjoying this Spring and Summer first and foremost. But also looking forward to the upcoming football season, Probably my most anticipated season to date and I've been a die-hard fan for 40 years n counting.

Hafley does a really great job in specializing in DBs, he always makes sure that the details matter. I am pretty sure Hafley left Boston College to be a D.C for Green Bay because of NIL and how it is destroying college football. Hafley really wanted to just coach and develop players like how a normal coach would not be a College GM B.S with NIL happening. I like this hire and I am thrilled that he is our D.C!!!!

After seeing this hearing him speak,knowing how much players love him,and his adaptability he gonna be a players coach that can fire you up and breakdown technical stuff. And that combination is hard to find but he has got it.

I get the sense of some who really sees and knows how to exploit the game's pressure points. Exciting!
