材料 :
干辣椒 60克
辣椒干 辣的30% 辣椒干 不辣的70%
红葱 200克
蒜头 30 克
江鱼仔 30 克
油 250 克
调味:
糖 3 汤匙
盐 1 汤匙
大家也可以自己拿捏
ingredients:
Dried Chili 60g
Chili Kering super 70%
Chili kering 668 30%
Red Onion 200g
Garlic 30g
Ikan Bilis (Anchovy)30g
Oil 250g
Sugar and Salt to Taste

煮两次都失败 不懂为什么会煮焦了 一次是放了调味料后, 一次是还没调味 颜色就深色了 有焦味… 火明明就开中小火了 鴻师傅可以指点吗?

这个酱料我一次煮3⃣️份,我女儿不吃这么辣,我就加了番茄酱中和辣度,我女儿好喜欢,酸甜微辣超好吃😋。谢谢鸿师傅🙏🏻👍🏻

Sambal is the best❤
Suggest for pecah minyak at least 3 times to ensure the chilli is fully cooked. Also can add belacan and gula melaka for better taste.

缺钙的老人家 可以用这个方法 每天炒江鱼辣椒配饭菜吃 就不用服钙片了 👍

Yes, you are right 50 % but the most important is the ikan bilis's bone, MUSTN't remove the bones !
