Jez claims to love that job, yet this is the only ep that it & the gym are shown or mentioned in. We don't know how long he or Nancy are in their jobs there.

It annoyed me how she took the high ground for him cheating when she didn’t even introduce herself properly to his family at the wedding, I believe the latter is worse.

Jez lies and manipulates two people who are interested in each other from going out for selfish gain, and forces Mark to lie about being sexually assaulted to get an innocent man fired from a job he loves... That all happens in this one episode. And you're hung up on whether his cheating is worse than her overall bad manners? If it's a competition of who's worse, it's clearly jez.
