Jesse, total beast winning on the track & super chill dude! His GoPro vids during practice and the races are mandatory viewing if you follow EWS!

Pro trick : watch movies on Flixzone. Been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.

@Reed Nelson definitely, I have been watching on Flixzone for since november myself :D
Sick bike and looks proper ridden... Not like all those bling bling fashion mtbikers who get new parts every two days... Love it!

Jesse killed it! On top of the podium where he belongs. Love these bikes checks. Dudes like this just want their bikes to be fast and silent, form over function. You can see the brake pads have little rubber bands to stop the infamous pad rattle. Aluminum rims for feel, cut down bars, grip modification to help with a previous injury, little bits here and there. Very interesting stuff!
Many congrats to Jesse, he nailed it this year with two wins out of three races is such different conditions. And what a nice guy.
Love seeing pro bikes. Watching from BC Canada
Great work Jesse!! Congrats!! ☝
Just bought an altitude C50 can’t wait to get out and give it some hammer
What a bloody legend! Proud Canadian down here in Australia. They love you down here Jesse. You and the team need to get back down here so I can do some riding with ya.
This is awesome! I wish I would have one! Keep up the amazing content guys!
Love the bike looks like he's ridden it hard. Amazing it's got XTR on it seems every Enduro rider is running AXS SRAM at the moment.
Jesse for the win 👍🇨🇦
definitely a well ridden bike and winning one too! I envy his leg strength though for not going full 51T cassette.
kashima coated dropper post now that is a flex
3:47 did someone just run into Nick?! come on people!!
Should try some ODI grips as they are offset so thicker under palm...rather than 8 layers of leccy tape!!
Actually surprised by how banged up the pedals are and how worn up the paint in the cranks is. Thought pros would be changing to new parts so often that that wouldn't be possible.

would be a waste of money. 1 or 2 stages and they would look the same. the only way you get your money's worth is to use the bike. What do you want a show pony.
@sm-qw9mj

@@santclause1 I don't understand what you mean by "What do you want a show pony". I didn't specify if my surprise was positive or negative. I obviously do think it's better if the parts are used more and not just thrown away, but in many sports it's common to use new equipment to ensure things are working the way they should. I'm glad to see that isn't the case here.

I'm by no means a pro, but myself, and other people I know, like to wear things in so it doesn't feel brand new and its more comfortable. Pedals for example are something that I feel like you have to ride a couple times to get a good feeling, then you don't need to worry about it

sm: A “show pony” is an old fashioned term. It kinda means someone who is a show off, someone who brags, something that looks good but the results aren’t as good as expected.
@sm-qw9mj

@@mrsmartypants_1 Yeah I know what show pony means, but didn't understand a) How my comment got that response and b) Did he mean to say "What do you want, a show pony?" or "What you want is a show pony." Either way, it was nice of you to try to clarify that.
nice
I could not get the Fox 38 in orange with 170 travel. Only 180. Is he actually running 180??
There seems to be something going on around the pads presumably to stop them from rattling? Can anybody elaborate?🙂 I can see some black string at around 2:50.

saintberry yeah. An o-ring by the looks and I will say my XT pads do seem like they could rattle a bit but I don’t notice cause I don’t get near warp speed and am honestly too busy correcting my line choices every five seconds when I ride 😆

@@drappennen5704 @saintberry my shimano xt brake pads rattle like no other. I just did tried this o ring trick and it works amazing. Blissful silence! This mechanic deserves and award for this trick.

SUPER NICE what I’d give to ride that beast
Gorgeous looking bike! Not as nice as mine, even tho those Fox forks alone are more than twice the price of my bike 😂 they nearly the same... dark grey/black n orange👍 Cheers Neil
I run a thirty-oner wheels.
Any idea who makes the angleset he has on the headset.

I use one from Works Components and it looks just like this. It's perfect so far. Would definitely recommend if you're interested in experimenting with your head angle.

@@George1161 Thanks Goerge. I reached out to Jesse he confirmed it was a works component angle set. Did you install yours or a mechanic. Just wondering about the technique to get it lined up correctly on the frame.
@George1161

I installed mine myself without a headset press and, full disclosure, it was tough. Took me a few tries. I used my bottom bracket press slightly modified with washers to fit the headset better. I would recommend either getting a proper headset press or having a professional install it.
Does anyone run Magic Marys anymore? :..(
