No one ever mentions to me Rice and his height and weight and what he was wearing that day. Was 12 years old and he was larger than the average adult male. He had a gun didn’t have the orange signifier on it. That boy was 5 foot 10 and 180 pounds. If my memory serves me right that’s correct but it could’ve been 5 foot nine and 160 pounds but that boy was big and he literally gun the police there. they try to make that story about race, but it’s not. It’s a warning for those little kids out there who are supposed to have those kinds of guns in the warning that I got when I was little be careful because no one else knows it but you that gun is just a BB gun, so don’t be surprised if people treat you like it’s real.

The gun ( bb) does have a tip to show it's not a real gun. Obviously if the top was still on cops would have known they were not threatened with a real gun... How stupid is this guy....
