Wow! This guy is a straight up charlatan. He knows nothing of eastern philosophy or belief. He mentioned the Tao Te Ching but that was written more as a treatise to leaders on how best to lead a people, the philosophy can be used in your personal life but it is NOT something you chant a mantra from. And the fact he doesn’t know his mantras but has to read it off a phone? This guy donned the robes of a monk without even knowing why they wear them. Back then, prisoners wore orange, they still do in places, the monks wore the robes to show they were no better than even the ‘lowest’ in society. Please, please get someone who is an actual teacher and actually knows what Buddhism and Hinduism teaches like Swami Sarvapriyanada who teaches Advaita Vedanta and one of the best if not the best lecturers to ever speak about Truth. Even Sadhguru is a great introduction. This guy said ‘I’ this and ‘I’ that, these teaching teach you not to identify with self as interpreted as ego. I’m not an expert by any means but anyone who has looked into these teaching with any amount of earnestness can tell this guy is a fraud and uses the robes and ‘title’ to feed his ego and feel special, magic indeed🤦🏻‍♀️

@@ExpectantHarvest I don’t think he said it’s for attention. Are you saying that when the Catholic Church adorns their nuns, or the Orthodox Church dresses their bishops and friars in a very particular way in order to signify their commitment to God Almighty, the Church and to mimic the apostles, that’s perfectly normal; but when a Buddhist monk dresses in a garment symbolic of his religious commitments to, let’s say, the pursuit nirvana or maintaining daoist tradition, and mimicking buddha, it’s all for attention? Your hypocrisy seems almost satirical.
