Jews were living in that land long before Arabs migrated to Israel during the caliphate that is atleast 1000 years before the birth of islamic prophet Mohammad. There is credible evidence of this from ancient text. One of the best example is Merneptah Stele that validates Israel's claim of ancient existence on this land.

The land of Palestine is equally important to Muslims as it is to Jews, many of the Prophets were sent to that land, among them the popular ones who still have their tombs there are Abraham, Jesus, Moses and some Female personalities as well. The point is Islam is not just 1400 years old, Mohammad (PBUH) was the last Messenger of God and Adam (PBUH) was the first one. Even the Prophet which Jews or Christians follow are Prophets of Islam. As your view is concerned about the land and its history so dear brother histories do change, people do move, long ago there were Crusaders who invaded the land of Jerusalem, then there came Salahuddin Ayubi who established an example of ultimate justice and mercy. After that other people came and this process continued and it is continuing today as well. But one thing that is always common in history is retaliation by the oppressed ones. The same retaliation is done by people of Palestine right now !!

Saying your'e not a "complete" Jew because you lack a building, a temple where you can worship, doesn't make one an incomplete Jew.
